What is Dream Lab After -school Club?
Your Child’s Third Place, Beyond Home and School.
Our After-School Club provides a safe and welcoming place for children to spend time at Dream Lab between the end of the school day and when their parents come to pick them up. In Dream Lab’s inspiring environment, designed to spark curiosity and creativity, children are free to create, imagine, explore, and grow at their own pace. We turn after-school time into an opportunity to develop creativity, independence, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
The After-School Club is not a class.

The After-School Club is not a class with a set curriculum to follow. There is no one-on-one instruction, no homework-style assignments, and no obligation to take part in every activity. Instead, we provide a supportive environment where children are free to choose how they spend their time, explore their interests, and develop independence at their own pace.

Hands-on Creative Activities
Children are free to take part in hands-on activities such as LEGO building, robotics, and other creative projects.

A Typical Afternoon
There is no fixed timetable or set curriculum in our After-School Club. Children are free to choose how they spend their time, whether that’s reading, playing outside, building with LEGO, or taking part in our weekly activities.

The club opens at 2:30 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, and at 1:00 PM on Wednesdays.

Free Time
Once homework is finished, children are free to choose how they would like to spend their time. They can build with LEGO, work on their own projects, or join a weekly project prepared by our instructors.

There is no fixed end time, so you can pick up your child whenever it suits you, anytime before 7:00 PM.

During opening hours, children are free to arrive and leave at any time. Some come straight after school, while others join us later after their other activities.
What’s Included in the Monthly Fee
Available 2:30 PM–7:00 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and 1:00 PM–7:00 PM on Wednesdays, providing more than 24 hours of access each week.
With a maximum of just 12 children, we provide a small-group environment where every child can receive the attention, support, and supervision they need.
Our staff provide school pick-up service from two schools: Takinogawa Momiji Elementary School and the Lycée Français International de Tokyo (LFIT).
Parents receive a notification whenever their child arrives at or leaves Dream Lab, giving you extra peace of mind throughout the day.
Children can keep the items they use regularly in their own individual locker at Dream Lab.
Dream Lab After-School Club members can join student-only events for free. Please visit our Events page for more details.
Dream Lab hosts a variety of events, mainly on weekends. Dream Lab students can join these events at a discounted rate.
This membership is available exclusively to students who are already enrolled in Dream Lab’s weekly classes. Rather than a standalone childcare service, it is designed as a natural extension of each child’s learning experience at Dream Lab.
