Dream Lab provides educational services for children, including robotics, programming, and STEAM education lessons, after-school programs, workshops, and events.

This website provides information about our services, allows users to book free trial lessons, and provides details on how to enroll in paid programs.

Service Fees

Free trial lessons are offered at no charge.
Our standard monthly lesson plan is JPY 16,800 (tax included) for four lessons per month.
Fees for other programs, after-school services, camps, workshops, events, and other offerings will be provided on the relevant service pages or at the time of application.

Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available for paid services:

• Credit and debit card payments via Stripe

• Convenience store payments via Stripe (planned; subject to Stripe approval and implementation)

Convenience store payments will become available for eligible services once approved by Stripe and implemented.
Available payment methods may vary depending on the service and the details of the application.
No payment is required when booking a free trial lesson.

Additional Fees

We do not charge customers any additional payment processing or administrative fees beyond the advertised service fees.
No additional payment processing fees will be charged by Dream Lab for convenience store payments.
Customers are responsible for any internet connection or data communication charges incurred when accessing our website or services.

Payment Timing

Payments for monthly subscription plans by credit or debit card will be processed according to the payment schedule provided at the time of enrollment.

For other paid services, payment deadlines will be communicated at the time of application or invoicing.

For convenience store payments, payment must be completed by the deadline specified at the time of payment.

Service Delivery

Free trial lessons and paid lessons will be provided at the confirmed date and time of the reservation or enrollment.

After-school programs, camps, workshops, and events will be provided on the scheduled dates or during the applicable service periods specified for each offering.

Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

To cancel or reschedule a free trial lesson, please follow the instructions provided at the time of booking.

Absences, make-up lessons, cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds for paid lessons are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to each service, as provided at the time of enrollment.

Cancellation and refund policies for after-school programs, camps, workshops, and events will be communicated at the time of application for each service.
